Welcome Back Bash!

Hey everyone!

We’re having a get-together to welcome everyone back for the new year.  We’ll be having some snacks and some tea and pop, and of course, some excellent music and dancing.

Everyone is welcome, come dance, or just come and catch up with your classmates, whatever you’d like to do.

Where: Cumberland House, 33 St. George Street, Toronto, ON

When: Saturday, January 14, 2012, 2-4pm.

Queer Salsa and Hip Hop Classes for Winter 2012!

QUEER SALSA:
You don’t need a partner! Everyone is welcome!

Starting Saturday, February 4th to April 14th (10 weeks, no class on Easter weekend)

Salsa 1 (beginner) – 3 to 4pm
Salsa 2 (intermediate) – 1 to 2pm
Salsa 3 (advanced) – 2 to 3pm

All salsa classes will take place at the Cumberland House, 33 St. George Street.

QUEER HIP HOP:

Starting Sunday, February 5th to April 15th – a 10 week session (no class on Easter weekend).

This time around, we’re expanding our hip hop program to offer two levels of classes:

Hip Hop 1 (beginner) – 6 to 7pm
This class will teach basic hip hop moves, counting to music, and basic dance routines.

Hip Hop 2 (intermediate) – 7 to 8pm
This class is for those that have taken beginner hip hop and will introduce more advanced moves and dance routines.

Classes are at the Multifaith Centre, 569 Spadina Avenue.

Cost for classes is $40 for students (from any institution and with student ID) and $80 for non-students.
